Can TSE / TGE do relief mapping?

I just saw these resources. Relief mapping would be really cool for Torque.

I've just seen those shots and video of Doom3 with Relief mapping... OMG!!! It adds an extra level of WOW to an already loverly looking game.

Reading though, seems like top end cards need only apply.

Yes, TSE can do relief mapping:

Edit: And yes, it's a PS 3.0 only effect.

I notice on the edges it's a flat poly. Here are some example of relief mapping where the edge sillhouettes are retained. Is TSE capable of doing this with relief maps as well?

You can drop in any HLSL shader, including that one. It's not like there are any weird limitations here. Of course, building a game towards PS3.0 people only may not be the smartest thing. :)
