If I bought Version 1.4 can I still get 1.3 somehow?

I am going through a turtorial for 1.3 and running into TONS of issues. I am way to new to just be able to know why my issues are occuring. Anyplace to download the old files legally?

It should still be in CVS. Get the 1_3 branch.

I am using windows and have no idea how to get the CVS or what CVS is :P
