Hi all,
I'm the IGDA Indie SIG Lead Coordinator, and interested to know what indies/Torquers are around here in Austin or out in Bastrop/Elgin area.
I'm working on the idea of having mod/dev parties and wondered if there'd be any interest in that. I also run indie game dev meetings (trying to get them going weekly). I may also have some projects to work on.
Anyone interested?

I, too, would be interested in something like this. I'm just getting started with Torque, but attending a few meetings/parties would probably be a good thing.

Are any of you students at UT Austin? There's a game development club there, I believe it's called Egads. Google for it. You might be able to grab a few interested guys from the club.
