Thanks, I am trying to follow what you did. I may even bundle and host it, that is, if James U. doesn't mind.

Very cool Joseph! Nice work. Fail66 that would also be cool if someone could host the updated exporter.

Unfortunately I'm not a coder, but I use Blender a lot.
I'll follow this topic, that's for sure.

    Thanks for your effort Joseph!

Keep in mind, I am only hosting the file. I love Blender and want to help. But in no way do I know python so I can't help on troubleshooting.

Thank Joseph for posting your work.

Just want to congratulate Joseph for taking the time to update the exporter to the 2.4 python API. I was going through the 2.4 API change docs in preparation for doing the same, and very worried about the new armature code and what could have been broken... Glad you solved it man!

This does not appear to be a major issue and it might not even be an exporter issue since its not showing in the log file, but I am getting a slew of messages as follows in the console window:

vertex at index 39 is not part of passed group...
vertex at index 379 is not part of passed group...
vertex at index 38 is not part of passed group...
    .
    .
    .

I am using Python 2.4.2 and the .blend file that I'm working with is Scott Coursey's Claude V0.4. It can be downloaded at: http://www.blendedpixels.com/Torque/

The exporter creates the dts and dsq files correctly so I'm guessing that this has more to do with Blender then the exporter.

Thank You for all the hard work on this!
    John
