I think I came accross a weird rendering issue, possibly with the CSS layout. I've seen it before in editboxes/textareas in GG and TDN, but now it's on the forum posts too. Here's a screenshot.

Minor gripe: you guys do realize many people use large fonts when using high resolutions?
You test this new site layout for this? Maybe scrollbars in the section blocks? I'm finding it virtually impossible to get to the stuff I need to see.
Edit: included 'virtually' additional comment
For the rest it seems a much too bandwidth hungry. I too am on a dialup and need to be able to browse specifically.
What I mean by this is... if I want to see the gallery snapshots, I'll go there. If I want to see resources, plans etc, I'll navigate there.
Now I know it's difficult to cater for everybody, but minimising bandwidth usage is a website design fundamental, as is the fontsize gripe.

Can somebody please post the link to unread posts? I use large fonts and the various blocks don't resize to fit all the text, so upshot is I don't see the link and have no way to scroll to it.Minor gripe: you guys do realize many people use large fonts when using high resolutions?

In general its nice, far better structured but the page of the community is not as usefull as the old one. the tabs are not an usability improvement, to that issue i agree with others. its the overview, which im missing, it was better before with all sections visible on screen.ka

Awesome new design. I wonder how long they've been keeping this a secret?

I dont realy like it, i realy liked all the newer topics at a glance, this new design dosnt offer the same ease of finding interisting topics at a glance.

Hmm seems that Opera doesn't like the new layout. All the threads on the Mainpage aren't visible (only FF and IE as far as i can see). Any chance the layout will work for Opera either ?
