Text character limit

How can you add more characters to the 16 character text limit for Player names? I just wanted 4 more LOL.

I have one more question releated to this though. In my player name block, the cursor always starts in one character from the end of the name instead of after the end of the name as it should. Does anyone know why this is happening? And how to fix it? Something a bit more helpful than Joe's post.
