Shipment or download

Erm... Since I'm unsure if I've posted this on the right forum, let me apologise first. Sorry. There.
Anyway, I've been looking at the Brudge Construction Set, cause it looks fun and all, tried the demo too. Since the price isn't all that big, I was thinking of buying it, but I'm not sure how the game will be delivered to me, if I decide to buy. Do I:
a) Transfer the money and get the key and the game online (preferable)
or
b) Transfer the money and pay extra for shipping, tax, etc. etc. and wait for weeks (This would be because I am from Slovenia)
