I'm going to TGE 1.4 and adding a little here and there when all of a sudden I can't load missions or anything.
Everytime I do something TGE just panics. This was just a show to watch and had gotten absurd and I've already gotten tickled about my screwing up some imports.
Then in the middle of this circus I spot this in the console.log...
It was a small error that caused it, but if you can magine the circus going on. Mostly me banging my head on the desk and pulling hair out.
Then out of no where, I'm paying for a mistake I haven't even made yet!

exec: Warning! Found a DSO from the future! (starter.fps/server/scripts/player.cs.dso)

How wonderful our kork is!
So I was playing around with flying vehicles and accidently dismounted along his path, which he ran into mounting himself in the pilots seat.
After laughing for 30 minutes(been awake coding for awhile, I get the giggles after 36hours of no sleep). I decided to do it again and catch it on film.
I'm sure the horror of suddenly being off his path and at the wheel of a vehicle is absolutely mortifying for our good friend kork.
But at his expence, I give you geekstuff.org/dev/kork.wmv

Our next bit of humor comes at the expense of our good friend kork. We all know and love him. The only guy I know who patrols the entire village at full speed never tiring or sleeping. How wonderful our kork is!

Whoah! Who gave that guy his pilot's license!? It's a good thing your flying vehicle is made of some kind of (obviously) super-hardened alloy. Seriously though, that kind of negligent flying could get somebody killed.

That is just an error if the current .cs doesn't match up with the old .dso. Best thing to do is delete all the dso's after modifying the scripts and source. 1.4 includes a batch file for it. You can make your own by entering "del /s *.dso" into a new .bat file.BTW, that video was supurb.
