It sounds good, but haven't seen anything about it in the forums. Has anyone used it, if so how did you find working with it? Does anyone recommend it?

From the exporter Matrix: "WorldCraft/Hammer has been authorised by Valve for the use of Torque products (Free and Commercial), however, the actual EULA has not been changed in version 3.4 or 3.5 (beta)."
Therefor: It is legal, but it isn't written anywhere :)

Ok that is simple you ask for the eula to be ammended. or you take the article that you are refering to (the one that allows for use with Torque projects) print it and then save it, as long as you have that then you are covered.
