TBE Eclipse problem

Ive been using TBE / Eclipse for the last 8 months or so...
Today I opened my project, went to compile and got this:
Everything is in the normal directory structure. "c:\Torque\sdk"
I tried reinstalling tbe, selecting only the make files.
I tried reinstalling TBE entirely.
I tried deleting the project and re importing the workspace.
I can't figure out why it's doing this.
Any ideas ?
