Torque Education in SouthAmerica?

I urgently need to know if is there some college or university in SouthAmerica who teaches Torque Game Programming.

i want to study it.

if the answer is no, where is the best place for it? USA?

I just lectured a 10 day class on TGE for a Game Designer course not on a university, though.

Although in the University I'm doing my Master Degree ( UFRJ - Rio de Janeiro ), we are considering opening a game programming course that will be TGE based .
