Terrain files supported by Torque

Can Torque read in Terrain files saved to the .x format?
Can it read in terrain files saved to the .b3d or .ale format?

If not, what formats does Torque support?

.x is Microsoft's Direct X model format. TGE does not have native support for it. Same goes for the Blitz 3D format. I believe ALE was designed for Blitz 3D as well. I believe you can export your heightmaps, though. But I don't know as I have never bought ALE.
