Linux on mac

Now i know the way to install torque on linux. now i try to install on my my but how i can run a dmg, do i need a special soft to install.

and please don't ask me why you use linux. and now you want mac. because i want to make my game on the 3 platform and yes i got a lot of computer in my place. one mac G4 ( upgrade of a old ppc 8500/150 ''the cpu and the graphic card i change'') 1 pc on linux Ubuntu 5.10 (AMD 1.4 ghz with a geforce fx 5200 128 meg ddr, 512 meg of memory, 17 inch monitor) 1 pc on windows (AMD 2.4 ghz with ATI 9600 XT 256 meg DDR, 1.5 gig memory, 19 inch monitor) 1 pc laptop (pentium 4 3.06 ghz geforce fx 5200 go 64 meg, 512meg memory. this one is for want i'm on vacation) and the last one AMD 1.8ghz, 512 meg memory 17 inch monitor. my son computer.

Your confusing hardware and operating system. If you are running linux you should not be downloading and installing the macintosh SDK as that is the SDK for the macintosh operating system not the hardware. If you are running linux on macintosh hardware you are still running linux. That being said you are then running linux on a PowerPC platform instead of X86. I have no idea if the torques SDK supports linux on PowerPC.

Oops sorry i type to fast

i said now i know how to install on linux torque, but on my other computer i got a mac i want to install the sdk on my mac system and not a linux on a mac. i try to run the dmg. but nothing happen

What version of Mac OS are you running?

According to the TGE "System Requirements", OS 9 is not listed. For MAC, it says that OS X is needed. And from what I understand tge 1.4 will be the last version to support 10.2. (So 10.3 or higher is recommended)
