Looking for feedback on a pre-alpha state demo.

I have my own list of 'must-have's', but would seriously like some other ideas on what is considered 'need' for an AI system.
Basics such as flocking, obstacle avoidance etc. can also be mentioned, in case my idea of basics isn't complete enough : )
