RTS Commercial and Non Commercial?

Can somebosy tellme what are the differences between them?

i read the same in both but the license...maybe i dont understand the differences.

Indie: Per programmer (tied to the person)
Commercial: per seat (tied to the company)

Read the commercial license carefully.

Yes but how about programmatically? is more limited the indie? or is the same and the difference is only the commercial terms?

It is the same code. It is just a difference in how you utilize it within your organization.
