DSQ files wont load in show tool

Any ideas, i build a sequence called run in max. set it to run for 30 frames in the track view, deteted the mesh, (im told this has to be done) so now all you have are the movinging bones , detail2, bounds, ans some dummys.
here my cfg file i used

i deleted some bones that where not being animated form the export list.
So now i load my show tool, load my player. (loads fine) load my sequence and nothing happens ( the sequence is based on the player).
any ideas. need any photos, need any more info. need the files?

then i resaved my max fiel as run.max and made a sequence (starting from the orginal player shape , moving the right leg , then back to the orginal shape)
and it just wont load in the show tool

Check your .dmp file and make sure that the exporter is loading your .cfg file and that all your bones are being processed by the exporter. If you are using Showtool Pro you should be able to see the bones in the nodes list.

Is it loaded the cfg file and the 1 sequence "run" ran in the dump file.its a bit weird really. can't get my head around the problem

For one thing there are extra dummies. lights and fingers in the player.max file not present in what I understand to be the realmwars orc. Only been messing with this since lastnight so I'm probably not in a good position to try and help.

I've been having similar problems just with the orc (figured I'd use him as a standin till I get it all up and running). Seems like the orc that Jeremy used as a standin for Oust is not the default player.max that was in the starter.fps.For one thing there are extra dummies. lights and fingers in the player.max file not present in what I understand to be the realmwars orc. Only been messing with this since lastnight so I'm probably not in a good position to try and help.

Okay i got the animations working in show tool , but they still wont work in game.any ideas, all my naming is correct as far as i know

Its nearly mid night (soory about ant speeling mistakes - i'm a bit drunk) but i got it =) i got the bloody hing working, turns out a had disabled the load animation line of code in the player.cs when i was starting off on animating a simple dts object. GOD i'm so happy .... (i'm allowed be drunk , i'm irish ) lol Good night everyone.
