TSE licensing question

On the TSE licensing page, they say there's a special EA price of 150$ if you already own a TGE license. The thing is, I'm planning on getting T2D but I'm not interested in TGE.

Can I pay the 100$ for the T2D, and then pay 150$ for the TSE ?

I don't think so.

I read somewhere that later the TSE will be sold at $295 (100 + 195).

The Early Adopter price was a "bonus" designed for our long term TGE owners. The actual price of TSE/Early Adopter is $250, but TGE owners receive a discount of $100 (the cost of TGE). Others can buy TSE at the EA price of $250, or wait until it is fully released and purchase an indie license at the expected price of $295.

Buying TGE first also gives you a better deal on T2D (it's $80 instead of $100 if you already own a TGE license). :)
