Yes but this file does not contain animation it's just the model, what I wont is the skeleton or the biped of the orc that contain the animation

The animation files are not in the ORC. The source files for the orc animations are not publically available.

You create multiple sequence dummies that reference different sets of keyframes. Like the run sequence would be frames 1-20 and the walk sequence might be frames 25-40. Have you read the docs? I thought that was covered in there?
