How will Constructor be released and who can use it?

Hello,
I was just wondering what the plans are on how Constructor will be released.
Meaning, will it be released as Early Adopter first or as a complete final product like Show Tool Pro?
Also, who will be able to use Constructor?
Meaning, does someone have to be a TGE Licensee?
Thanks,
Dave

I was wondering if there will be separate versions of Constructor for TGE and TSE. It'd be nice to have the same program and just save to TGE and TSE format.
Also, since it has been indicated, what file format would be available for other games/engines?

I was reading some of the forums on Constructor will be released by the end of this year. Is this true because I've been holding out for it.

If you are holding out because of finances, use QuArK. If you have the finances and develop primarily on Windows, get 3DWS. It is much more friendly that QuArK. But if you're in a budget-crunch and need an either-or solution, QuArK is free.

Dont wait for Constructor. There is no release date. Pick a tool that works for you like 3DWS or Quark and get to work. I'm using 3DWS and am happy with it but will be getting Constructor when it releases. If you dont want to spend the money then Quark is probably the only choice.
