Team building for Chinese developers

I want to create a team that it is constitutive of Chinese developers. I think I can talk about with Chinese language . We will learn and communicate together, and make a new game project and try to make it.

I learn the T2D engine since August 12,2005. I know some functions and features.

Well friend you may just be shooting yourself in the foot if you're trying to stay local. Reason being there may not be too many chinese developers in this paticular community.

You have a few options for team building.

1) Try more sites besides GG
2) If you want to build a local team, see if there are groups like the IGDA close to your home
3) post flyers around your home town

I tried a combination of these things. I work with both people in my hometown and abroad. Also if you have a particular project in mind you may be able to gather interest just by posting info on it
