Game Team NEEDS Models

First off I would like to apologize if this thread is out of topic, do to the nature of it, I thought the 3D Modeling forum would be fitting.

First off, let me start by explaining who I am. My name is Anthony Bertolo and I am a part of BBiGames, we are a small game team based in Portland, Oregon (north of Eugene for reference). Although we are small now, we will likely grow greatly into a full commercial development team soon.

What I am trying to say is that we have a sponsor in L.A. They have lined up funders and Publishers for us to pitch to, basically, as long as we can give them something decent, we are going to make it. The sponsor has given us to the 30th of this month to finish up our demo. Until now we have been certain that we would be able to make the deadline, that is until our head 3d modeler quit. Luckily we still have another 3D modeler (thank god for Eddie) but that leaves us short, see the problem is that our head modeler was in charge of doing our main character, a few civilians and the supporting main character. He has not finished any of these, and we are 7 days from our deadline. What we have decided to do is buy the Soldier Pack, and the Adam pack, and simply change the skins to match what we want them to look like. But what we don't have is a civilian style model. We don't have the resources to goto TurboSquid and buy something that looks similar, nor do we have the time.

Does anyone have a decent (doesn't have to be perfect) animated character that we could possibly just change the skin? I know this is seeking low for a project lead, but if we don't make this deadline.... Ouch. Any donations of models would be great, but if you charge us a small amount we can see what we can come up with. Anyone who offers us work will recieve full credit for it when the Funders and publishers look at the credit list.

If you have any more questions just reply to this thread or e-mail us: bbigames@gmail.com

Thank you,

Anthony Bertolo,
