Royalties to Garage Games

I know somewhere this has been asked or stated before but I want to be full clear.
If my game, made with the TGE indy license, makes $500,000 or more all I owe Garage Games is a one time payment of $10,000?
So I can keep the rest of my $490,000 to do whatever I wish with?

From the Commercial EULA:Quote:The Commercial license fee for the Engine is $495, with no royalties. Licensee does not need to have any permissions or approvals from Licensor to release, publish, sell, or otherwise exploit Products.

Basicly, if you make more than 200,000 then all you have to do is upgrade to the commercial license.

What if your game isn't MM, but just multiplayer, yet you charge a small monthly fee for new content, bandwidth.. What then??

In a really old post on an MM Model.. It said that you had to pay GG a percentage of your profits if you charge per month.. that doesn't apply anymore does it? What if your game isn't MM, but just multiplayer, yet you charge a small monthly fee for new content, bandwidth.. What then??

There are NEVER royalties to GarageGames for any technology you purchase, no matter what type of game you make. There never has been. We have constantly lowered the price of our commercial upgrade. It started off as $10,000, and now the commercial upgrade is $395 per programmer. That is a big decrease. Please help us spread this word.

I believe it is once your company hits the big-time funding boat.

However... once you hit $500,000 you might as well give GG $10,000 for building the incredible engine that got you the riches.*What's all this brown stuff on my nose*

I'd tell you, but to say it would get me booted from the forum :)
