Whose game is it?

Suppose that someome were to hire me to write a game for them.
Would I be able to use the TNL library in that game? (It will be their game, not mine?)
Secondly, would both of us need to buy the TNL licencse, or only me or them?
Thx for your time!

Thx man. Are you a member of Garage Games staff, or another developer?

Keep in mind that you cannot distribute the source code of TNL unless they have a license as well however, so if your contract is simply to give them an executable then you should be fine. If they want source code as well, then they will need license(s).

I'm going to have to look closer into this one, but off the top of my head as long as you are the -only- one using the source code for TNL, you should be fine.
