Client to Client Chat

Where can i get a resource about client to client chatting ?
So instead of sending message to all client, I want the message to be send person to person.
I tried to use ChatTeam, but ended up nothing.

And how do we display "player name" above the avatar since i got lost tracing it in starter.fps.
