Why different price structure for T2d?

I noticed today that its $100 for the binary license plus $80 if you want a source code.
TGE is $100 for both.
Still a bargain, I'm sure, but why the different models?

@Mark, where are you reading that one license is binary and one includes source? AFAIK - all T2D license include full source code. The $80 license is just a discount for TGE owners.

Torque 2D Indie License - Source Early Adopter $100.00 USD
The other product right below it says this:
Torque 2D Indie License - Source $80.00 USD
with this note very shortly below it:
***Special TGE Licensee Price!***
- Purchase requires ownership of Torque Game Engine SDK "Indie" License.
Both of them say they include source. The only difference between the two is what Artur & Alex point out... TGE owners get a bit of a discount.
