CShop and Cylinders

by Laralyn McWilliams · in Artist Corner · 09/03/2005 (8:24 am) · 0 replies

I'm using the demo version of CShop to see whether I like it for my primary .dif tool. I've got a pretty simple level and TGE crashes to the desktop with a Windows error when I choose Relight Scene.

I've narrowed it down to a cylinder. When I add a cylinder primitive, even with only 8 sides, I get that crash when I relight the level in Torque. If I create a brand new CShop file with just the cylinder in it, export, then import that to TGE and relight, I get the same crash.

There's no error or warning on export from CShop. I'll paste the export readout at the end of this.

Has anyone else had this problem? How do I fix it? I like CShop so far compared to Quark, but if I can only use cubes with it, it doesn't do me much good. :-)
