What about Torque physics and AI?

by Erin Hunt · in Torque Game Engine · 09/02/2005 (7:43 pm) · 1 replies

Looking at the features list for Torque, it doesn't say anything about physics or AI. Does this mean it doesn't have physics or AI engines? And if so, are there other good yet reasonably cheap engines for these things that I can "plug in" to Torque?

It all depends on how you want to define "Physics" and "AI". For AI... well, you can spawn a guy on a path.

For physics... how much do you want? Most physics requirements actually are satisfied by torque. Vehicles, people, stuff generally moving around... Try looking up the rigidshape resource.
