Joe M II need your help

I am almost done with my 1st Wheeled vehicle and I am having some problems with the Animation . . .some work others combine some of the others. . I don't know anyone else to turn too . . .you helped me with my player I was hoping you could do the same and help me with this thing. . .I'll email it to you if you don't mind.

I think I got it now but if my programmer says it is a no go I will send it to ya . . .
