Vehicle mounting problems

Has anyone worked out a way that you can spawn in your vehicle at the start of the game. I don't mean spawn as a vehicle, but with the player already mounted in a vehicle?

So here it is.
1. How can you map a keyboard command to cause the player to exit the vehicle? Specifically what command would you call upon?
2. How can you make the vehicle mount option not automatic? I realize this is possible but when I tried to create a condition for it, it disabled all input commands. Not good. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

OK but here is my newest problem and after reveiwing over 100 posts I found that apparently some of you have a solution for this but the answer wasn't written.So here it is.

Well I did manage to get this one to work with a mixture of two different resources, a bit of luck, and the help of a couple guys on IRC.
