Where to store off-site resources

Is there a public FTP at GG I can upload pics and zips that I post when I do resources for Torque? I don't mind storing them offsite when I posting to a thread but when it becomes a resource it would be smart to store it here at GG so that if I move on or change domains the link doesn't break.

Nope there isnt, which probably is why theres so many resources with broken links making them useless

tdn.garagegames.com is just blank. Is there an config page or something? I assume this is the domain to upload content to when referring to TDN (Torque Developer Network) - has this been launched yet?

No, it hasn't been launched, and requires an invitation. It is however being extensively worked on for content, and is scheduled for launch in the near future!
