Licensing For My Crew

I PURCHASED the license on behalf of my company "NeuroticNetworks" and I am the sole proprieter and hold the DBA to it. I have 3 employees/partners whom I work with IRL. To develop our game all 4 of us need full copy of the licensed SDK .exe I downloaded when I Purchased. Is it authorized for me to install the system on my computer and the computers of my 3 partners? We wont be distributing it beyond this small group and its solely for development of our crews games. Anything released will be released by me(my company) and follow your license rules. Is this acceptable? It certainly seems it should be. I dont wanna tell the guys they can't work with me unless they cough up $100 apiece and I dont wanna shell out another $300.
*EDIT*
When I posted this I was pretty new so I didnt realize the difference between using TGE and having the source code. Hell the directory structure is only now starting to make sense to me.

Hey thats kewl. Im not even planning on delving into the actual c++ source right away and when that time comes Im the only one on my crew who will understand it anyway. not to mention having to teach them all the various editors. that was the answer i needed. thanx

Just to update anyone who might care how I was going about my team based project, I am learning torque and advancing quite well now that I am out of the navy and have some time to breathe. I have one guy who wants to work with me on this and He is going to use 3d World Studio to make difs for me and I will be making all the DTS and the scripting/framework etc... So the license is no longer an issue since The only documentation I have are my hardcopy 3rd party books and if I tried to show him the source code he would run away screaming anyway. Technically he wont even be using the TGE editors or anything since I will be placing any content he creates. So there, I'm working safely within the license. That makes me feel better. Anyone else I probably wouldnt even care but I have developed an affinity for garagegames and its denizens.Merry Christmas,

So each of your team will need a license if they want access to the source code.... IIRC, if they are not going to need access to the source, then you can just compile the source and just give them the .exe and .cs scripts for them to use/program in torque script.
Best check the eula for more info.
