How to play mpeg file in torque ?

I am not able to run Mpeg files in torque instead of Avi's the filesize is too high for any machine.
The file smpeg.h in 'lib' folder of torque and smpeg.dll in folder 'lib\win32'.the code available for Mpeg files running is in version 1.2 or 1.3. couldn't find it for version 1.3.1
