VMRL conversion

Greetings,

I desire to convert VMRL 2.0 graphic files into either .3ds or .obj format.

Can anyone direct me to a program that can accomplish this without spending a fortune?

3DWin has one that's relatively cheap.

I would say use Blender to do it since it's free, but I think it only exports to vrml 2.0, though it can import vrml 1.0. Or at least that's all I saw in the import and export menus.

I have blender... and you are correct about it being unable to import from vrml 2.0.

I will check out 3DWin
