Hyperlink to a Header??

Am making my own design document based on my previous learning and reading about Game Design Documents. Am making the doc under word, when finished, saving as web page. How do you make a hyperlink to header?? [Home|Top]
To make a hyperlink to home, that was easy. I can't find where the header is under hyperlink?? So is there some one can help me?? Thanks.
