Getting info from Garage Games?

My IT staff has been trying to purchase an educational license for Torque, and they tell me that they've been playing tag with Jay Moore, but that he isn't returning their e-mails, and didn't call in for a scheduled conference call.

Who is the appropriate person at GG to contact about educational licensing?
