Looking for Tourniquet Guide

Hi,

I'm looking for Devon Ly's Tourniquet Guide, with no success. Can anyone tell me where I might find it (or the equivalent, to provide info on the Mission Editor)?

For those that might find this thread in a search at a later date, the Tourniquet tutorials can be found in 3 formats in the downloads section of ToRK|Game|Dev|.
