Differences in documentation?

There seems to be different versions of the documentation floating around. For the first three chapters, these two sources seem the same:

www.garagegames.com/docs/tge/general, and
www.onlinefilefolder.com/index.php?action=landsharedfile&user=traeddle&hash=48ec5ca74861d06b1b91aea39ddd2712

[The second link was mentioned in this forum: www.garagegames.com/mg/forums/result.thread.php?qt=27791].

But then the 4th chapter on the GG site seems very different from the onlinefilefolder.com site.

Where is the "official" documentation, and where can I get it (preferably in one piece, that I can print out)?

GG probably has the official doc's since they made them.

That makes sense. However, they (@ garagegames.com/docs/tge/general) have broken links and mistakes that suggest that they've been abandoned.

For instance, the images in chapter 4 don't appear, and they say to back up the egt/missions folder, which AFAIK doesn't appear in the SDK folder.
