Getting a working player model into the game

I have been trying, in vain, for the past few hours to get my player model, which works perfectly in show, into the game as the player model. After much trial and error, I finally got it to work, but there is one rather large problem. The camera is about 40 meters higher than the player, looking down on him. That isnt cool, and I have no idea why it is happening. It happened after I added my Eye and Cam nodes... where are they supposed to be? I have the eye attached to my head, and the cam attached to the player root, named Bip01. What is wrong here?

This is a case of one step back to take two steps forward.

I have to agree with Anthony. There are hacks that you can do to get it to work, but it is likely that the shape will give you problems in the future. This is a case of one step back to take two steps forward.

Glad to see that things worked out for you Josh. Did the suggestions that I gave you on IRC (in regards to scaling your object and manually resizing the bones) work well (aside from the fact that you needed to redo your Skin modifier)?Logan
