Vatan fps\rpg game

Hi,

Vatan is a fps\rpg game, think of a system shock2 kind of game, with inventory, skills, objects to pick up and interact, computer consoles,etc.
Everything in the game is working(engine,ai, physics,sound), we are "simply" building the maps for the game.
What do we need ?

Mappers, people than can build small structures, bridges, etc, to place around in the map(heightmap).
Modellers, people than can model weapons and vehicles.
