GUI images

I'm editing the GUI images you can find in common\ui (The pngs) but every time I make a change in Photoshop and save it, it crashes Torque 2D. I asked around on IRC, they told me to search for topics in the TGE room, but alas, I don't have TGE. Can someone help me?

IIRC Photoshop does something wierd with PNGs when it saves them. Try looking for the SuperPNG plugin for Photoshop as I *think* that should fix it.

I'm not a Photoshop user I'm afraid though, but that's what I've read.

Michael,

This is SuperPng. I don't use this myself as I use Photoshop v6 but I always use "Save for Web" option and use the PNG option there.

Yeah, in Photoshop, when you save a PNG using the defaults, its pretty likely that its either RLE or ZIP encoded, which T2D doesn't like, I would assume. That can be changed via the options, but Save for Web is just as easy.
