#1 Easiest thing to do is to snag an Official Xbox Magazine from your local grocery store/bookstore/newstand and use the Live Arcade launcher that is on their demo disc.

You can also go here and get Microsoft to ship you a Live Arcade disc (if you send them $4.99 S&H).

#3 Also check your local Walmarts. They had some free XBox Live disks at a local one around here as part of a merchandising promotion.(trying to get more people to buy the live starter kits.)
