Mac development apps

Not really for the SDK forum per se, but a Mac-related question so I thought this would be the best place.

Just wondering what apps people are using on the Mac for content creation, since some of the free or less expensive apps are only available for Windows or Linux. I've looked at Blender, but what are folks think are the best Mac replacements for apps like QuArK, Milkshape, etc.?

Torque Constructor... when it is finally released ;)
I'm not aware of any Mac apps that do the job. Anyone else?

edit - forgot to mention I use lightwave for character modeling. I'm learning Maya at the moment too. The price point is about the same or better for Maya and it's a wicked tool.

If i remember correctly, most people were running Virtual PC , with the apps you mention above. Theres a serious lack of dev-tools for mac. :(

Saints preserve us from VPC. I'd rather have the Dark Side contained in a dell box next to my production Mac before I'd infect my drive...
Just kidding.
Until (if ever) Constructor is released, your stuck with running the apps on VPC or getting a PC along side your Mac as Myk says.

I do have a PC laptop that I've been considering using for development, since it would probably be easier that way. I'd really like to stick to the Mac when possible, but it looks like I may be forced...
