#83 Josiah DOES have a point about the desensitizing thing. Every military training program on the planet uses 'desensitizing' methods all the time to train solders after all. Some people are more suseptible to it than others, though.

#84 Being alert in this world gives you enough ammunition to form an opinion, but until you thoroughly study the topic of interest (and I'm not saying that I have, mind you), you're not qualified to call the things found in the bible crap, nor are you qualified to stereotype an entire group of people as ignorant, sheltered, or rich.

Back on topic: I believe that violence desensitizes people to real life situations, but does not actually trigger the violent thoughts within a person.
