Loops, curves and roads?

I'm working on an arcade racing type game at the moment and would like to create some pretty windy and looping race tracks in BSP format. From what I've seen this is very much possible with a little work in Quark, but before I get too much into it, I was wondering if anyone knew where I might be able to find free pre-created BSP format road pieces, loops and ramps.
Or does anyone know of a utility or maybe even a whole new BSP editor that would make it a lot easier to create loops and curved roads in BSP format? Quark will do the job, but if there's a quicker, easier way I'll go for it.
Thanks.

Thanks for the answer. I found that previously, and will probably go with a solution like that, but I thought I'd see first if there's some sort of library already created with that sort of thing. But if not, there's nothing wrong with a little hard work.
