HEAD: opengl2d3d won't compile?

I've been compiling Torque for a few years and this one is new.
Downloaded the latest CVS HEAD and here's what I get when I go to build:
The .def reference file is included in the project, so that's not it. Granted I haven't compiled TGE since I reinstalled my OS, but I was able to compile TSE just fine not 15 minutes ago.
Any clues?
