Problem with TGE documentation and the forum

Hello
I tried to get help in two other forums but I didn't got help
for over two week I can't see the full documentation only the preview version
even though Im logged to GG. I tried to logout and login but it didn't
change anyhing

plus I have a problem with the forum, the counter of the unread posts
is always on 0 and all the post look like new (red dot).
What do I need to do?

I tried to put this topic here and here but as I said no one
helped me, maybe here someone will notice this topic ><

Im using IE 6 on Win XP Pro SP 2 (tried FireFox also and the problem still occur)
I had no idea which is the best forum to put it but after 2 forums I looked for the one with people :|

I'm having the same issue, it's a real pain in the butt to find new content in the forums because I have to click down the line each time I visit.

Post in the Web Site forums. The site manager (Rick Overman) won't normally view this forum area.

Btw when I've had that (0) problem, I just click "mark all as read" and it seems to fix it, but yes I do miss the new posts when that happens

For the unread posts problem, have either of you tried using the "Mark all as Read (0)" link? That has started the "counter" again for me in the past.

Well the counter is working for now
but the documentation issue is more important to me
and I still have this problem, how can I solve it?

Search through the google GG search for what you need.

I just tried to make a GG search for that and there
was no useful information about that.

I search for the problem with the documation, as I said in the first post
I can't see the full documentation, I bought TGE and in the begining I could read it
but now all I get is the preview one.

I had this problem to until just now (clicked on the "mark all as read(0)"). When I'd tried it from the 'all unread posts' area, it didn't work. It did here. Strange.

Im starting to get really frustrated
I tried to email rick 3 days ago and got no respond, I tried
to delete cookies and temp files but nothing has change,
What do I need to do to solve it?
To whom I need to email?
Where is the GG support when you need it?!?!?!
I feel like I have to beg so someone will help me, it shouldn't
be like that, that bug is related to this website and not my computer
and the fact that Im the only person that has it (now) doesn't mean I shouldn't get the proper support
as Im a customer that paid the full price on the product.

Im talking about the documentation issue and Not about the unread post problem.

So, youre logged in. You have cookies enabled. You go to this site:

www.garagegames.com/docs/tge/general/index.html

the official TGE docs... and it has the preview watermark ? The one that prevents you from looking at the rest of the docs ?

That is what is happening right ?

Actually... Im logged in too, and it gives me the same thing.

It didnt do that yesterday. It is just doing it now. Now that I have logged out and back in.

it only happens sometimes.

Rick is most likely working on the Docs right now, chill out everybody.

Actually, the EULA does not specify any support for Torque.

Yes but that what happens to me in the last 2-3 weeks or so,
I even tried to enter the licensed users only docs thinking that maybe the preview mark
is the only bug but I can't read the docs.

Im glad i decided to wait to pay for that indie license. =)

im not paying anything until the new site is restored 100%.

Maybe not but one of TGE features is the documentation which are not working
for me which means I don't have one of the product feature.

Even if they would say something about support in the EULA that doesn't mean anything
I can't suit them or something it would cost me too much :P
