Hover vechiles and Flying vechiles in the RTS

I am new to the RTS kit not so much to torque, Having just bought the kit today, I havent even started it up yet lols. I am just curious if it supports the hover vechiles and flying vechiles for RTSUnits like normal torque or is that something I am going to have to code in?

You may want to do a search for RTS +flying +units or something similar--this was discussed a few months ago.

Basically, you will have to implement it, since by default (for optimization reasons), RTSUnits are clamped to the ground.

Ya after more research I have figured this out, this could get complicated to put in...

Are you looking for true hover units or the just the appearance of Hover units. Depending on how you make them you could actually give them invisible wheels that stay in contact with the ground.

I remember that Asheron call has things clamped to the ground including flying objects. The trick being they have invisible tethers of pixels connected them to the ground.
