Release of TSE

I have some questions about tehe TSE.
1. When is the releas?
2. Can we use higher resolution grounftextures?
3. Is the TSE backward compatible to the TGE?

LOL i presume you mean TGE. If your talking file formats, yes for the most part. TSE is just TGE with a new render so all the file's are the same. The only exception would be dif interiors the file format has changed so there incompatible with TGE and vise versa.

To my question about the resolution rate and Viktor's post i must say, that on this picture i never see a better texture resolution on ground to the terrain, too. The only fresh new thing to this picture is Shader effects.

2. Find the snapshot of the day that showed off the terrain and water, that should answer the question
3. TSE is a different product then TGE.... You can convert from TGE to TSE, but it is not a drag and drop procedure.
