Can't see the full documentation & unread post counter problem

Hello
I bought TGE a few weeks ago and I could see the
full documentation but now I can only see the preview version
even though Im logged to GG, this problem is going on for several days now
does anyone else has this problem?
I also have a problem with the forum, the counter of the unread posts
is always on 0 and all the post look like new (red dot).
What do I need to do?
Im using IE 6 on Win XP Pro SP 2.
I had no idea which is the best forum to put it in so I chose this one
(after this thread) :)
