Another "Is TGE for me?" thread

Hello all, I'm a beginner-experienced modeller, know a moderate amount of VB but no C++, have lots of creativity, imagination and have been playing RPG's all my life.
For some month's I've been working with a team for the creation of a new medieva gothic-type RPG and while i was looking at the hundreds of commercial engines out there i fell in love with TGE and would like if it's for me.
Does TGE have these features:
Crafting or sinthetise
Character generation (class, race, appareance, feats...)
Skill system
NPC vs NPC scripting (i.e. a tiger attacks some deers, both NPCs)
3D Studio R7 import/export
Worldcraft or any other world editors out there (name some please) importer/experter
Thanks for your time :)
PD: I'm also recruiting experienced TGE users for this project. Compensation: credits, cash at game release/publishing and a seat for the next 2 projects (MORPG and a MMORPG)
PD2: Can someone explain a bit more the publish that GarageGames provides? What do they need and what to they want in exchange?
PD3: Isthere a RPG starting kit (either free, bought or made via tutorials?)

Personally, I'd wait for Torque Constructor, it's made to work with Torque, less chance of problems.

Maple3d is a group that makes Game Level Builder, it's a MAP exported for 3dStudio MAX, and then you can use the Map2Dif tols to get your maps into Torque.Personally, I'd wait for Torque Constructor, it's made to work with Torque, less chance of problems.

You can however program all this stuff as when you purchase a license for TGE you get all the source code (including the C++ game engine stuff). There are plenty of free resources in this site to help you get started and people like Dreamer are actively persuing the creation of an MMORPG Starter Kit which would pave the way for most of the features you need.
As for world editors, there is Quark (which I think most would agree is the best free world editor that supports Torque) and a few commercial packages which I'm sure others will chime in with.
PD: Sorry I'm not available due to my own projects consuming 110% of my waking life.
PD2: Contact GarageGames directly about this.
PD3: Dreamer is working on an MMORPG Starter Kit which should be done, well, when it's done. However, you can get some free help from the RPG resources he's already submitted (there's 8 of them in the series with two more on the way). Use the site search engine (powered by the lovely Google Mini that GarageGames recently procured)... or just click here.

These are features almost completely exclusive to RPGs, you'd haveto script them. As a matterof fact, you could pulloff all of the rest with scripting.
3d Studio r7 (I assume you mean MAX) can be used (my team is) for models you'll be good to go. But the exporter for level, well, it is kinda... bad. I'd recommend Game Level Builder from Maple 3d if you're going to use MAX for levels.
Worldcraft you can use only for non-commercial projects.
QuArK you can use for any project.
Or you can wait for the Torque Constructor for your levels whenever it comes out (hopefully very soon).
As far as I know, there's no RPG starter kit.
Good luck with you project.
Just FYI... paying people upon project completion is cool and all (make sure you do it) but take it from the leader of team based on that same pay type, it's going to be a total pain in the ass to get people to join your team, and it's going to be even harderto get them to stay on the team. And it's near impossible to get really really talented people. But, I've had some of my staff for 4 years, working on the same project (a very very very big Action/Adventure/RPG), so if youhave something worth it, you'l find people to help.
